Julica was born and raised in Canterbury. She graduated from the University of Canterbury in late 2007 and completed admission to the bar in February 2008. Since that time, Julica has worked for medium sized Canterbury firms and the Public Trust before joining Kannangara Thomson in September 2019. Julica works alongside a number of the Partners in the firm.
Julica enjoys helping people get into homes, helping plan people’s assets for the next generation and being a port of call for people’s businesses.
Areas of Practice
Commercial and residential buying, selling and financing, franchises, commercial leasing, land law, asset planning including wills, family trusts, enduring powers of attorney and estate administration.
Interests
Julica enjoys staying active by enjoying the New Zealand landscapes and doing sport with her two young boys.
